Once a purchase is made, the payment for leads is non-refundable. By purchasing leads through our platform, you acknowledge and accept that no refunds will be provided under normal circumstances.
- Cancellations by Leads Connect
In the rare event that we are unable to fulfill an order or need to cancel a transaction, you will be entitled to a full refund. Cancellations can occur due to factors such as:
- Leads are no longer available or have become invalid.
- A technical error on our platform that prevents the delivery of purchased leads.
- Any unforeseen issue on our end that prevents us from completing the transaction.
- Refund Process
If a cancellation occurs and a refund is due, we will process the refund to your original method of payment. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after the cancellation notice is issued.
